The pension is situated downtown in quiet enviroment. Supervised parking lot and restaurant in neighbourhood of the pension are available for the guests. Restaurants, entertainment places, banks, the exhibition place Agrokomplex, Nitra Castle, Divadlo Andreja Bagara Theater, Slovak University of Agriculture, University of Constantinus the Philosopher, and shopping and entertainment centres Mlyny, Max and Centro Nitra are all in walking distance from the pension.

The hotel offers 10 double guestrooms, 1 3bedsguestroom (with the availability of extra 4th regular single bed, not a rollaway bed) and 2 single guestrooms. All rooms are spacious with high standard bathrooms (hair dryer included). Each room is fully air conditioned with TV, minibar (fridge with refreshment), phone and safe. All rooms are newly furnished.

DSL internet is free of charge to all guests. The hotel has a nice breakfast dining room with LCD TV, which can serve as a banquet room where you can arrange your meetings, small conferences or reunions.

Complimentary services such as laundry and ironing are available for a fee. Guarded parking with video security system 24/7 is free of charge. Even though the hotel is situated in the centre of town, you can relax by the fireplace with the possibility of having a garden grill party in its backyard.
